About the Building

Fouquet’s Hotel & Residences Miami Design District is a planned residential, hotel, and hospitality development in the heart of the Miami Design District. Located at 39 NE 39th Street, the project brings together a 25-story residential tower, a 12-story Fouquet’s hotel, and a central garden setting within one of Miami’s most walkable destinations for design, art, fashion, dining, and culture.

The architecture is designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Sir David Chipperfield, marking one of the most significant residential and hospitality projects planned for the neighborhood. Interiors and amenity spaces are envisioned by Paris-based RDAI, with landscape design by Perry Guillot. Together, the design team is creating a refined urban environment centered around architecture, hospitality, and a strong connection to the public realm of the Design District.

Residences are planned with private terraces, open layouts, and refined interior details, with one-to-four-bedroom floorplans designed for full-time living as much as seasonal use. Ceiling heights are expected to reach approximately 10 feet in main living areas, with select upper-floor and penthouse residences offering higher volumes and more dramatic spaces. The project is positioned for buyers seeking new construction condos in the Miami Design District with the added benefit of branded hospitality, dining, and service.
